Lake Charles Memorial Health System is dedicated to not only treating athletic injuries, but preventing them and head injuries are at that top of that list. The Foundation at Lake Charles Memorial will make it possible for every football athlete at McNeese State University to take advantage of Riddell’s InSite Training Tool, the leading impact monitoring system in football.
Riddell InSite alerts the personnel on the sideline with information on significant single and multiple impacts sustained in a practice or a game. The web-based data center also collects and analyzes an impact profile for each player to proactively influence player behavior by identifying training opportunities that may decrease head impact exposure.
Memorial representatives will present McNeese athletic leaders and football coaches with the InSite system on Wednesday, June 20 at 11am in the End Zone room on the 2nd floor of the McNeese Football Field House. The event will include appearances from Memorial Sports Medicine and Foundation representatives, McNeese Athletics staff representatives and Riddell.
