Calca Solutions purchases, manufactures, blends and distributes hydrazine solutions and hydrazine-based propellants. Its products include Ultra Pure anhydrous hydrazine, monomethyl hydrazine, hydrazine hydrates, H-70 propellant and ScavOx solutions, plus Cleanazine, a product line for neutralizing hydrazine leaks and spills. The site names aerospace, defense, water treatment, pharmaceuticals and agriculture among the uses for its products.
The company traces its start to 1953, when it supplied hydrazine fuel for the first Titan rocket, and runs an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing facility in the Lake Charles area. Since October 2025 it has been part of NewMarket Corporation. Locally, it supports STEM education through the Lake Area Industry Alliance's annual Chem Expo for middle school students.
