Designed by Favrot and Livaudais and opened in 1928, this Neoclassical limestone bank on Ryan Street has Corinthian pilasters, a bronze front door and column capitals carved with eagles. The old banking hall is now an event venue, restored by Empire of the Seed as part of its work reusing older downtown buildings.
