A family-run Cajun restaurant on Evangeline Highway in Basile, open since 1986 and operated by Daniel Isaac "D.I." Fruge and his wife Sherry. Boiled crawfish, grilled catfish and the Signature Hurricane are house favorites, and the dining room includes a bandstand and dance floor for Cajun bands.
