Rouge et Blanc returned to McNeese State University on Saturday, October 10, bringing together wine lovers, local restaurants and supporters of the arts for an afternoon of tasting and catching up.

The annual event gives guests a chance to sample wines, try dishes from area chefs and discover a few favorites along the way. Behind it all are the restaurants, wine vendors, sponsors and volunteers who help make Rouge et Blanc a Lake Charles tradition.

The event also serves an important purpose. As the flagship fundraiser for Banners at McNeese, Rouge et Blanc helps fund arts, cultural and educational programming for Southwest Louisiana throughout the year.

Our photo gallery takes a look back at this year’s event and the people who made it happen.
